Bank has resolved the issue on their end, services are restored.

Unfortunately, the current banks fix has not resolved the issues, we are disabling this institutions once more.

There is an expected fix from the banks side which should be available in the coming days.

Co-Operative Bank has been re-enabled after banks fix and we are currently monitoring if the issues have been resolved.
